1. Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

Due to the increasing complexity of vehicles, estimates can take 30-45 minutes to complete. Much of it
depends on the extent of damage. We request appointments to ensure our estimators have enough
time to complete estimates and provide you with a quality customer experience.
Our estimates are free and can be scheduled online or by calling one of our locations.

2. When should I contact my insurance company?

You should always inform your insurance company of a collision, that way they can help you with the proper
next steps. If you decide to file an insurance claim, our staff can help you with the claim reporting process,
scheduling your rental vehicle, and managing the entire claim from start to finish. Our goal is to make the
process simple and easy for you.

3. Do I have to take my vehicle to a specific repair shop?

NO! You have the right to choose your collision repair shop. Not all collision repair shops are equal. Choose a
shop that has invested in the latest equipment, technology, and industry standard training following
manufacturer specific repair guidelines. Quality and safety are at the forefront of Riley and Sons Collision.

4. How long will my repairs take?

It depends on the severity of the damage and a few other things. Once our trained estimators have
completed your estimate and sourced the needed repair parts needed we will be able to give you a rough
estimated time of completion.

5. Can you match the factory paint color?

Absolutely! Our highly trained and certified painters have the latest technology available to match paint
color. Our use of state-of-the-art water based paint, color chips and tinting techniques allow us to guarantee
a factory color match. Our water-based paint speeds up the paint repair process.

6. Do you offer rental cars?

We have relationships with many rental car companies. Our repair shops have rental companies either on
site or nearby. If you need a rental during your repairs, please let our employees know and we can have the
car available when you drop off for repair.

7. Do you offer a warranty?

Certainly! We have a lifetime, nationwide transferrable warranty.
